Baylor College of Medicine Diabetes Program Collateral
This collateral piece contains a series of items that are to be given out by doctors to refer new patients to the Baylor College of Medicine's Diabetes Program. It also contains follow up postcards and emails to remind parents to contact baylor about their child's diabetes. Finally, the series has some take home items for the child to choose from.
